If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will process an exchange, refund, or store credit subject to the following terms.
- We are happy to process your return or exchange on regular price merchandise within 15 days of purchase date.
- Please be sure your merchandise is in its original condition with original tags attached, and it is unworn and unwashed. Remember to include your original invoice or packing slip.
- Make sure you have a return number prior to returning your merchandise to us. Customers can request a return number by emailing email@example.com
- Once your return number has been issued, merchandise must be received within 7 business days.
- As a friendly reminder, our shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Our refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and require 4-5 business days to process.
- Your refund will be issued only once we have received the returned merchandise back.
- Our exchanges require 3-5 business days to process.
Return Mail Requests
- Please make sure merchandise is securely packed in the original box, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please enclose a copy of the original receipt and the return number.
- It is important that packages are shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Make sure to retain the return tracking number for your records. Compassion Brands cannot be responsible for lost inbound packages, so we want to make sure your return is received safe and sound.
